Staggered Start for Fall 2024
All Kindergarten students will attend school during the first week of school. Students will be
broken up into two groups to attend staggered start. Beginning on Day Four, all Kindergarten students
will attend daily throughout the remainder of the school year. Since your child will attend only one of
the days during our Staggered Start Program, you will need to make arrangements for child-care the
other day.
On your child’s orientation day, One-third of the class will attend, which gives the teachers an
opportunity to get to know each child, explain the classroom routines and rules, accompany them
throughout the day, and give each child the personal attention they need on the their first day of school.
Your child’s teacher will inform you on which day your child will attend. Panther Run Policy is that all
students walk into school independently, even on the first day.
** Day One Monday, August 12th One-third of the students will attend school. All other students will
stay home that day.
** Day Two Tuesday, August 13th- One-third of the students will attend school. All other students will
stay home that day.
