High#quality,#increased#frame#rates,#and#other#programs#competing#with#Debut#can#
cause#this#detachment#of#audio.##
#
1.)#The#first#thing#to#try#is#recording#in#a#different#file#type.#In#my#original#
instructions#for#Debut#I#encourage#you#to#record#in#.avi#format.#As#of#recently,#Debut#
has#allowed#the#free#use#of#the#.mp4#format.#If#you#are#having#sync#issues,#try#
switching#the#file#type#to#.mp4#in#the#Record#Screen#As#dropdown#menu.#(If#you#are#
already#recording#as#an#.mp4,#try#reverting#back#to#the#.avi)#
#
2.)#Close#everything#that#is#not#necessary#for#the#recording,#and#pause#any#
downloads#or#updates#that#may#compete#with#Debut.#If#you#cannot#pause#these#
downloads/updates,#simply#wait#for#them#to#finish.##
#
3.)#Adjusting#down#from#the#1080p#HD#setting#to#720p#may#also#help#relieve#some#of#
the#strain#on#the#computer.#This#can#be#adjusted#in#the#Video#Options#at#the#bottom#
of#the#Debut#window.#
#
4.)#If#the#frame#rate#is#high,#you#can#lower#it#slightly#with#little#consequence.#Go#to#
Video#Options#at#the#bottom#of#the#Debut#window,#and#Limit#the#Frame#Rate#down#
in#increments.#You#should#find#a#balance#between#the#quality#of#the#video#and#the#
lowered#frame#rate.#

Video&has&no&audio&or&the&audio&sounds&bad.&
#
This#can#be#caused#by#either#a#muted#audio,#or#audio#source.#Here#are#some#things#to#
check:#
#
1.)#Check#the#lower#audio#bar#of#Debut#(bet w een#the#rec/pause/play#buttons#and#
the#screenshot#button)#If#it#is#not#bouncing,#click#the#speaker#button#there#to#make#
sure#it#was#not#muted.#
#
2.)#Go#into#Options#and#select#the#Audio#tab#at#the#top.#Use#the#dropdown#menu#
there#to#select#the#appropriate#audio#input.#On#occasion,#just#going#into#this#menu#
and#selecting#the#source#again#refreshes#the#connection.#If#you#select#the#System#
Mixer#next#to#the#drop#down#menu,#you#can#check#that#your#microphone#is#
recording#audio#properly.#
