For improved performance, allow reports to not refresh automatically and simply
access data as of last time it was run.
Very appropriate for high-volume content.
Allow report authors to control which reports are real-time and which are not.
For non-real time reports, display information about when it was last refreshed, and
allow manual refresh at any time.
Natural extension of the “automatic refresh” option on Custom Reports.
If disabled, report will be cached by user for up to 5 days (subject to change).
