Construction is planned to startas soon as possible” on an expansion and renovation of The Scottsdale Plaza Resort & Villas, which will add three restaurants, a
new spa and cafe building, and 64 new hotel rooms to the nearly 50-year-old resort. The update will aim to differentiate the experiences in the rooms on the
northern portion of the site and the southern portion of the site. The northern portion will be designed to be a livelier, more social scene, with a focus on a younger
demographic, while the suites on the southern portion will be upgraded at a luxury level. The new spa building will have six spa suite guest rooms, and plans call for
eight new villas. Three new restaurants also are proposed on the southeast corner of the resort, and according to documents submitted to the town, hotel
management firm Highgate is looking for locally and nationally recognized chefs for the restaurants. The goal is to allow portions of the hotel to stay open during the
renovations.

PURE Pickleball announced its plans to co-develop a world-class pickleball facility near Talking Stick Resort & Casino. The 11-acre PURE Pickleball
site is the intended future home, permanent headquarters and official National Training Center for USA Pickleball. PURE Pickleball will claim the title
of largest pickleball facility in Arizona and one of the largest facilities in the world when it opens in the fall of 2024. Phase 1 includes 28 over-sized
(34x64’) indoor pickleball courts featuring post-tension construction and premium cushion surfacing. All courts will be privately gated and fenced
with professional indirect lighting and high-quality video cameras for streaming matches or recording games. At center stage is a first-of-its-kind

Macerich announced the next phase of ongoing reinvestment in Scottsdale Fashion Square. Plans include an extensive interior and exterior
renovation of the south wing anchored by Nordstrom, building on the successful first phase that launched the property's luxury wing in 2018.
Scottsdale Fashion Square will extend its luxury presentation beyond the luxury wing itself, creating a striking arrival point, complete with luxury
valet service, at the property's most active entrance. Also planned for this phase are two-story storefronts and exterior-facing retail buildings at the
south entrance, and a porte cochere that will incorporate up to five destination restaurants. Interior renovation elements for the south wing include
upscale new finishes, new natural stone flooring, three custom light fixtures and recessed LED lighting, elegant furnishings, better sightlines to
highlight individual retailers and more.

Drinkwater Underpass
Scottsdale Public Art is working with Tucson-based artist Barbara Grygutis to design a signature light-featured public art installation that would serve as a unique
gateway to Scottsdale Civic Center via the Drinkwater underpass. The artist has developed a concept design that would incorporate a lighted, cast-aluminum
installation that would span the length of both the east and west sides of the more than 300-foot-long underpass. This project is running in conjunction with the Civic
Center improvements that are happening above the underpass.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport’s Eighth Concourse at Terminal 4 recently celebrated the opening of an assortment of new restaurants from Bobby’s
Burgers to Pedal Haus Brewery and more. The Phoenix City Council approved the recommended proposals for the second phase of new concessions on the
Airport’s new concourse, including two new restaurants. One will be Guy Fieri’s Phoenix Kitchen + Bar which will feature the notable chef’s American dishes like
burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and more. The second restaurant will be SanTan Spirit House which is a concept from the locally beloved SanTan Brewing Company.
Shoppers will be delighted for the future Fan Shop by PGA TOUR featuring apparel and accessories for fans of golf and fashion. Additionally, travelers will also be
able to find many locally made products including Arizona wine and olive oil at the new Arizona Roadtrip store. This concept will also feature a kids’ zone with
activities.

Jet Aviation opened a fixed-base operator facility at Scottsdale Airport in January 2021. Now Jet Aviation is expanding its footprint with two more projects. The first
project will be leased to NetJets and includes a 30,000 square foot hangar and 12,000 square feet for offices and a customer terminal building. The first phase
concentrated on paving of the ramp area and getting it ready as soon as possible to offer additional aircraft parking area. The second phase will include building the
hangar and office space. The full project is anticipated to be completed by early 2024. Jet Aviation also is investing around $6 million into building a new 18,000
square foot hangar that will provide much needed hangar space.

Renovations to Scottsdale Civic Center began October 2021. The $33.5 million in updates transformed the space into an event-ready venue. New amenities include
two new stages, a small wedding lawn, a space for tents, a new botanical garden, an area for children and families, and new restrooms. The new design reduces
the mall's water use by more than 5,000 gallons a year.

The Parque
This billion-dollar development that will include apartments, restaurants, retail space and office buildings on the site of the abandoned CrackerJax amusement park.
The Parque will sit on 32 acres that’s right on the southern border of the Scottsdale Promenade. It will be made up of 12 buildings that range from one to 10 stories
tall, or roughly 119 feet at the high end. The project plan shows that it will include: a 223-room five-star hotel on roughly 189,000 square feet of the property; five
restaurants and over 25,000 square feet of retail space; a two-acre central park that would be public open space. The development also will include a 1,100-space
“green parking garage” and over 1,200 housing units, with 10% offered at affordable rates for the next decade. The project site itself will consist of about 50% open
space, and the developer plans to plant over 1,000 trees. The complex will also include Scottsdale’s “first net zero office building” among the 150,000 square feet of
planned office space, meaning it will reclaim more carbon than it emits. The Parque also is committed to installing a pricey water recapture system thats expected to
save nearly 3 million gallons each year.

The Scottsdale Collective
The Scottsdale Collective is a planned development from Stockdale Capital Partners and will be located in Scottsdale’s Entertainment District. The Scottsdale
Collective will add new restaurants, residences and hotels to the Entertainment District. The area will be transformed over a number of years into a multi-
generational tourist destination and expand the area’s appeal to families, young professionals and the arts community. Art installations will be incorporated into new
shade structures throughout the area, which sits south of Camelback Road and east of Scottsdale Road. Design plans by architecture firm Nelsen Partners also
look to create a new pop-up art park adjacent to the planned hotels. Sidewalks will be widened, and pedestrian circulation will be dramatically improved.
