Wish You Were Here Group and Macerich announced Los Angeles-based Élephante will open in the south wing at Scottsdale Fashion Square, which is now
undergoing redevelopment. Spanning 12,000 square feet, Élephante will boast a lavish indoor-outdoor space, complemented by a sophisticated cocktail lounge
within the restaurant — a feature exclusive to its Arizona location. Drawing inspiration from its new surroundings, the space will emanate the ambience of a jungle
oasis, characterized by towering cacti, florals, natural travertine floors and bespoke furniture. In addition to its signature wood-fired pizzas, fresh pastas and
whipped eggplant dip, the menu will take on more expansive offerings including a new grill section with a curated selection of premium meats, seafood and larger
family-style dishes. The beverage program will feature Élephante’s crafted cocktails and wine selection of over 1,200 labels.

Fratelli La Bufala, a restaurant founded in Southern Italy two decades ago, has opened its second location in the United States in Scottsdale. The 4,200-square-foot
space includes a dining room that can sit 160, a bar and a patio. The restaurant serves Italian far and Neapolitan-style pizzas, with ingredients imported daily from
Italy.

Sloane McFarland and Ian Rosales, the owner and chef of Welcome Diner, have teamed up with James Beard Award-winning chef Nobuo Fukuda for Hai Noon, a
bar located inside Sonder the Mariposa. The menu, still in development, will offer Japanese cuisine with Sonoran inspiration. There will be an omakase option for
those who want a personalized seven-course dinner designed by chef Fukuda. Fukuda expects to serve some of his traditional sashimi dishes with locally grown
vegetables and fruits as elevated bar snacks.

features the chef's signature Italian fare with California influences. It boasts a robust list of new- and old-world wines, and an indoor and outdoor lounge with
cocktails, food and De Laurentiis' signature "frose."

Mon Cheri, a champagne and charcuterie bar, opened in Old Town Scottsdale. Pink prevails in chairs, booths, plates, decorative flowers that line the patio archway
and even some of the dishes. The space is divided into one indoor and two outdoor spaces. The menu divides into sharable appetizers like goat cheese-stuffed
arancini topped with pink alfredo sauce; charcuterie boards, chopped salads and heartier mains like Turkish Adana lamb kebobs and steak frites. Drinks include
eight house cocktails, four specialty cocktails, bubbles 'n' wine and mocktails.

to host a variety of food trucks.

Celebrity chef Richard Blaise is opening six restaurants in Arizona. The Top Chef winner, restaurateur, TV personality and James Beard-nominated cookbook
author will open the new concepts as part of the $110 million of renovations and rebranding at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch. The six
restaurants include an Italian American concept focused on hand-made pastas and charcoal grilled steaks, seafood and chops. The bar and lounge will focus on
Italian wines. The space is connected to the resort's Desert Garden. The second concept is a sushi and Spanish tapas bar, which will incorporate Southwestern
ingredients. The third restaurant, connected to the lobby, will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on Southwest-style grilling. It will be connected to the
fourth concept, a lobby bar with a stylish, classic vibe. The fifth is H2Oasis, a poolside eatery with island-inspired tacos and frozen cocktails. The sixth concept is also
poolside and will feature a menu of gourmet burgers, fries and crispy chicken tenders.

Celebrity chefs Scott Conant and Beau MacMillan are collaborating on a new cocktail bar in Scottsdale.!The new bar will be connected to The Americano and
accessed through a side door at the restaurant. From there, customers will descend a black-tile staircase to experience the underground bar and live music lounge.
The cocktail menu will feature classic and craft cocktails that rotate seasonally. Wine and small bites from the celebrity chefs will also be available.

Uchi, the first in Arizona. The 180-seat restaurant includes a central sushi bar and cocktail bar, dining room and patio. The restaurant offers the brand's signature
hot and cool tastings, sushi and sashimi, makimono, yakimono, and tempura, as well as indulgent, seasonal omakase offerings, including a 10-course chef’s tasting,
