Dear Primary Graduate Parents,
We are honored to have your child graduating this year. Invitations (via Evite) were sent out
earlier today, please let us know if you did not receive one.
Your child’s graduation ceremony will take place on Friday, May 17th and we would like to
provide you with the following information for this special event:
Graduates will wear a white cap and gown. In order to receive the cap and gown please give the
front desk a refundable deposit in the form of a check or cash for $30.00. The $30.00 will be
fully refunded to you when the cap and gown are returned as you received them (no stains,
ripped, etc. ) after the ceremony. Cap and gowns will be available at the front desk beginning
Monday, May 13th.
It is very important to have your child on time, to prepare them for the graduation ceremony. The
Graduates should be at school NO LATER than 6:00 pm on Friday, May 17th. All Graduates
must be dressed in their cap and gown. All Graduates will gather in their respective classrooms.
Enjoy this special moment during the ceremony but please remember that your child will stay
with the teachers until ceremony is completely over.
Immediately following the ceremony please return the cap and gown to the front desk.
You will receive your deposit back as well as your child’s official diploma once the cap
and gown are returned.
Enjoy refreshments after the ceremony and cap and gowns have been returned.
