Special Instructions for Adobe Acrobat DC
1. For Windows computers: Adobe has notified us that there is currently a problem
using Adobe Acrobat on Windows computers with this temporary license. Users will
experience an error when they attempt to run Adobe Acrobat that indicates that it is
a trial or unlicensed version, even though they are logged in. Visit this page and
scroll down for more information – https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/covid-
19-edu-labs-faq.html. There is a fix for Windows computers at this time. Download
the AcrobatStudentAccess.zip file and extract it on your computer. This should allow
you to successfully run Adobe Acrobat.
