Q – HOW DO I RE-ENROLL MY COACHELLA VALLEY FIREBIRDS
SEASON TICKET MEMBERSHIP?
A – Your account will be automatically renewed February 15, 2024.
Membership payments will be on an interest-free 11 Month payment plan.
If you wish to opt-out of your Coachella Valley Firebirds Season Ticket,
please Contact your Service Representative.
Q – DO I GET MY SEATS FOR THE CALDER CUP PLAYOFFS?
A – The 2024 Calder Cup Playoffs are available as part of your Coachella
Valley Firebirds Membership at an additional cost. You will receive playoff
pricing and information via email in April. Please contact your Service
Representative if you do not want your seats for the playoffs.
Q – WHAT IS THE FORMAT FOR CALDER CUP PLAYOFF TICKET
PAYMENTS?
A – Pay-As-We-Play.
Q – HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE CALDER CUP PLAYOFFS USING PAY-
AS-WE-PLAY?
A – Credit Card ONLY, we do not accept cash or check for Pay-As-We-Play
playoffs.
Q – HOW DO I CHANGE MY SEAT LOCATION?
A– Details regarding our 2024-25 Select-A-Seat, tentatively scheduled
to take place early this summer, will be communicated via email before
the end of the 2023- 2024 regular season.
Q -HOW MUCH HAVE I PAID TOWARDS MY MEMBERSHIP AND HOW
MUCH IS STILL DUE?
A- Please reach out to your Service Executive whom can provide you
with your payment history and your remaining balance. If you’d like to
pay off your membership sooner, your Service Executive can help adjust
your payment plan.
