Nestled between 110 acres of lush coastal forest and the pristine Arrawarra Beach, just 20 minutes
north of Cos Harbour on the NSW Mid North Coast, you’ll find NRMA Darlington Beach Holiday
Resort. We have everything you need for small-mid size conferences, social events, corporate
retreats, day meetings and group gatherings.
With your choice of our private conference room that seats up to 80 people or the Atrium that
seats 120 people or 300 cocktail style, plus onsite audio visual – your group will be able to
reconnect in a safe environment.

Accommodation
The resort has a range of 45 self-contained group accommodation rooms, sleeping over 220
people in our spacious air-conditioned villas just meters from the sand.
All Villas feature a TV with Foxtel and DVD, full kitchen with microwave, fridge, lounge, dining room
and private veranda.

it’s breakfast on the outdoor patio, group
lunches in the meeting room or under the
shade of the trees – we’ve got you covered.
We can also arrange formal plated dinners

or relaxed dinner aairs to suit your style.

our range of team building options. From
onsite archery, barefoot bowls and sand
building competitions to external professional
surfing lessons or team building providers
working with you, we can ensure all budgets
are catered for.

While our parks are naturally spacious, your
safety and security remain out top priorities.
Adhering to our COVID Safety Plan, practices
include reduced contact check-in, enhanced
cleaning and social distancing.
Venue hire
Full day and half day venue hire is available for
our meeting facilities. All venue hire includes
the room set to your specification and water
station.

The Bangalow room oers a data projector,
drop down screen and portable microphone
system with the Atrium providing a large wall
mounted TV and inbuilt microphone and
speaker system.
Event spaces
Experience something dierent with a casual
evening at our archery range or on our flood
lit bowling green. Enjoy the natural surrounds
with canape favourites and beverages of your
choice. Your group can relax, mingle and
reconnect.
