clients in Texas with offices in Corpus Christi, Austin, Brownsville, and Houston. Prior to joining Hanson, we have provided
quality service to our clients since 1949 as Naismith Engineering, Inc. Over more than 60 years of service, NEI earned an

Hanson has extensive experience with projects funded by the Texas Department of Agriculture through the Texas Community
Development Block Grant Program. Hanson has assisted and worked on numerous TxCDBG funded projects since the
program’s inception in the early 1980’s. Our work efforts have included preparation of Grant Applications, Engineering Design,
and Construction Administration Services on over 200 CDBG projects throughout the state. These projects have included
