ARENA ENTRY DOORS AND TIMES
• All attendees may enter Bridgestone Arena through the main entrance located on the corner of
Broadway & 5th Avenue or the SoBro Doors on Demonbreun between 5
th
& 6
th
Avenue. Doors will
close at 6:45 PM/CT. Anyone not in their seats by 6:45 PM/CT will miss the show opening and must
remain on the concourse until the first commercial break, at approx. 7:15 PM/CT. No exceptions.
CLEAR APP HEALTH SCREENING FOR EXPEDITED ENTRY
As we navigate another CMA Awards ceremony with COVID-19, please know that protocols must be
followed in compliance with all applicable local health and safety regulations, venue requirements
and requirements from the television unions. All ticketed audience members attending the 2021
CMA Awards will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR show a negative COVID-
19 PCR or antigen test administered within 72 hours prior to the event by a healthcare professional,
or with a sample collected at home that is sent to a medical laboratory for processing with a link to
the results that guests can print from a medical/lab based platform. The negative COVID-19 test
results must include the guest’s name and the date of the test. All ticketed audience members must
still wear an appropriate face covering. Children under the age of 12 will not be admitted; all other
minors must be accompanied by parent, legal guardian, or adult.
CMA Awards and Bridgestone Arena have partnered with CLEAR Health Pass to provide easy proof of
vaccination or negative test for faster entry. All ticket holders should enroll and complete your Health
Pass for free before arriving at Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, Nov. 10. Here’s how:
1. Download the CLEAR app and select ‘Get Started’ in the ‘Create your Health Pass’
tile at the top of the page.
2. From the top menu, select ‘Events’ and scroll down to the Entertainment section,
then select ‘CMA Awards.’
3. Select ‘Enroll or verify in CLEAR’ and follow the prompts to verify your
identification by photographing a government-issued photo ID card and taking a quick
selfie before arriving.
5. Follow the prompts to verify your proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test to
complete your Health Pass. A green Health Pass is good to go!
6. Before you arrive at Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 10, reopen the Health Pass tile and
open your green Health Pass. Utilize the Verified Entrance Lanes and be ready to
show your device to venue security staff for expedited entry.
If you do not download the CLEAR App and complete your Health Pass, you must bring your CDC
Vaccination Card or negative test results to Bridgestone Arena for entry for the CMA Awards but note
that lines to enter will be much longer.

MOBILE TICKETS
Tickets purchased on Ticketmaster will be delivered via mobile e-ticket for a convenient, secure, and
contactless entry. So, your phone is all you need! To access your mobile tickets:
1. Open your Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster.com on your phone’s Internet
browser.
2. Sign in to your Ticketmaster account and head to ‘My Events’ to find your ticket(s).
3. Tap the ticket and show it at the entrance. You can also choose to add it to your mobile
wallet for quick and easy access. Screenshots will not be accepted.
4. Show it when you arrive to Bridgestone Arena. Increase your phone screen brightness to
assist with scanning at entry. And make sure you have a fully charged battery!
5. Once your ticket is scanned, you’ll be good to go!

BAG POLICY
• The safety of attendees is our top priority. In addition to downloading the CLEAR App and enrolling in
Health Pass in advance, the quickest and easiest way to enter Bridgestone Arena for the CMA Awards
is to not bring any bag at all, however clear wristlets no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” or clear bags no larger
than 12” x 12” x 6” will be permitted. If you do not have a bag, have a small wristlet (no larger than
4.5” x 6.5”) or have a clear bag (no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”), you will be allowed to enter through
the Express Lanes. If you choose to bring a bag made of opaque material that is between 4.5” x 6.5”
to 12” x 12” x 6”, you must enter through the X-Ray Lanes and place your bag on the X-ray scanner
before being admitted. No bags larger than 12” x 12” x 6” will be permitted. Exceptions will be made
for medical equipment and medically necessary items after proper inspection. One bag per person.
All bags are subject to inspection. Please allow extra time to pass through these security measures.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
• Small umbrellas are permitted.
• Bridgestone Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including but not limited to e-cigarettes and
vaping devices) are not allowed.
• Prohibited items include but are not limited to: outside food & beverages, any camera with a
detachable lens, hand-held signs of any size, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, laser pointers,
noisemakers (boomboxes, horns, megaphones, whistles, or other noisemakers which disrupt event
production), selfie sticks, weapons and dangerous devices of any kind, animals with the exception of
service animals. Recording devices, both audio and visual, are not permitted inside Bridgestone
Arena or on the Bridgestone Arena Plaza. Non-Professional, non-flash still photography is permitted
(including personal handheld devices). FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT PERMITTED DURING THE LIVE
SHOW. Cell phones and all communication devices must be silenced and/or turned off while inside
the Bridgestone Arena.
