Tables & Tickets Policy for
The International Emmy
®
Awards
This document outlines the 2022 Tables/Tickets policy of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. For
further information, or points of clarification, please contact events@iemmys.tv
All attendees must be fully vaccinated + boosted against COVID-19 (guests must have received their final shot
at least two weeks prior to the event) AND must present a negative COVID-19 test. Attendees are required to
provide original and/or digital proof before entering the venue.
Purchased Tables/Tickets:
• Full price purchased tickets/tables (Gold or Platinum) are non-refundable. In the event that the show is
cancelled, you will be issued a credit to attend the awards show for the following year. If you are unable to
attend the upcoming awards ceremony due to pandemic related challenges and/or travel restrictions, please
contact events@iemmys.tv to resolve any issues with your purchase.
• Full price purchased tickets/tables (Gold or Platinum) are transferrable.
(i.e. in the event a ticket-holder cannot attend, tickets may be transferred to another person, but may not be
resold or used for promotional purposes or any type of contest or auction). Tickets/Tables are only valid for the
year specified at the time of purchase.
• Full price Gold tickets/tables may be upgraded by paying the difference in ticket/table price (subject to
availability).
• Individual tickets do not comprise a table (i.e. purchasing multiple individual tickets will not constitute a group
of more than 6 people).
• Should you wish to purchase more than 10 tickets for your group, we recommend purchasing a table of 10 and
any additional tickets at the same level so your guests may be seated nearby.
• Gold and Platinum Tickets are available for purchase. Ticket & Table levels represent placement in the
ballroom during the Awards Ceremony. Platinum tickets receive prime placement followed by Gold.
Complimentary Tickets:
• Nominees, and Semi-Final Round of Judging Hosts are entitled to complimentary tickets in the year of their
participation.
• If an individual fits into more than one category, the most advantageous status will be applied to the individual
and his/her guest. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions section below for specific examples.
Statuses may not be cumulated, only one will be applied.
Nominee Tickets:
• Each nominated program/performer receives two (2) complimentary Nominee Tickets.
• Nominee Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, but may be upgraded to Gold or Platinum
tickets by paying a fee (subject to availability).
